Talent Managers are continually looking to understand how to retain critical staff and generally how to improve their overall employee value proposition. As many organisations start introducing Innovation into their business thinking, so they will look to bring on talented people, who can think outside the proverbial box. 

Just as the management of Gen-X, Gen-Y and future generation all have their unique challenges for talent managers and the broader organisational culture, so does the management of "Clever" people.
